WARANTIES

Limited 2 year Warranty
For two year after their shipment, we warrant our Products against defects in Workmanship and material provided that the Product is used under the conditions for which it was designed and the Product is used for its intended purpose. For example: - chairs are intended to be used no more than 40 hours a week. - all products in which QM FOAM is used are designed for seating and / or sleeping purposes only. Warranty does not cover for jumping, standing, walking on the furniture. Normal wear and tear of the Products are expressly excluded from the warranty. The products will show a “Patina” and “Texture” that results from the use, this is purposely chosen as part of the design and cannot be considered as damage of any kind. For the lifetime of the Product, Quinze & Milan will provide Buyer Service Assistance. Veneers and Laminates, glass, electrical apparel and other “sourced” products used as part of the total concept are not included in the standard warranty, but Quinze & Milan shall assign to Buyer any warranty received by Quinze & Milan from the manufacturers of such products. Damage caused by water, ultra violet light, sea air or extreme changes in temperature are specifically excluded from the warranty, unless the product is designed to withstand such conditions.

QUINZE & MILAN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF PRODUCTS OR OF THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT CONFORM TO THE DESCRIPTION, SHORT IN ANY RESPECT OR WHICH ARE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP WILL BE REPLACED, REPAIRED OR, AT QUINZE & MILAN’S OPTION, CREDIT FOR THEIR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE ALLOWED PROVIDED IF QUINZE & MILAN IS NOTIFIED OF SUCH DEFECT WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY AND BUYER RETURNS SUCH PRODUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH QUINZE & MILAN’S INSTRUCTIONS. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES BUYER’S SOLE REMEDY AND QUINZE & MILAN’S SOLE OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER. BUYER HEREBY AGREES TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR CLAIMS AGAINST QUINZE & MILAN BY LAW OR EQUITY. QUINZE & MILAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING FROM INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, INCREASED OPERATING COSTS OR LOSS OF PRODUCTION, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING FROM CAUSES SIMILAR OR DISSIMILAR TO THOSE ENUMERATED.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state and country to country. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
